Our Health Guarantee
We guarantee that all vaccinations and deworming treatments have been administered as per the vaccination schedule. We strongly encourage the buyer to have their Cavoodle puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian of their choice within 48 hours of taking possession.
If the puppy is found to have a life-threatening hereditary congenital defect or any major health issue during this initial examination, a replacement puppy of equal value will be provided, provided that the seller is notified within 24 hours after the exam. The puppy must be returned to the breeder along with any provided registration papers within 24 hours, at no expense to the breeder, along with a signed veterinary document stating the defect or condition.
The breeder is not responsible for any veterinary bills incurred by the buyer. This guarantee does not cover conditions such as uneven bites, undescended testicles, grade 1 or 2 heart murmurs, injuries, fleas, mites, ringworm, kennel cough, hernias, Coccidia, giardia, or any other intestinal worms or parasites, as these are common in puppies.
Your puppy is guaranteed for one year from the date of birth against life-threatening congenital defects. If a congenital defect is diagnosed by a licensed veterinarian within this time (excluding parvovirus, distemper virus, heartworms, or any nutrition-related disease), the breeder will replace the puppy with another of the same quality and price, subject to availability. No monetary refunds will be issued.
The buyer must provide, at their expense, a written statement from a licensed veterinarian confirming the diagnosis. The breeder is not responsible for any veterinary expenses incurred by the buyer. Additionally, the breeder is not liable for any health conditions diagnosed after the guarantee period.
In the unlikely event of the puppy’s death within the first year due to a congenital defect, a statement from a licensed veterinarian confirming the cause of death is required before any action will be taken. If the cause is unknown, an autopsy report will be required. The breeder will not be responsible for any veterinary or medical bills.
Spaying and Neutering Policy: All pet puppies are sold under a strict spay/neuter agreement and must be sterilized before 9 months of age. Show and breeding-quality puppies are sold with full registration, but we do not guarantee show success or breeding capability.
All puppies follow a vaccination and deworming schedule at the breeder’s facility. These records will be provided to the buyer and must be continued with a veterinarian. Annual booster vaccinations are also required for long-term health.
In the event of any legal disputes between the breeder and the original purchaser, the buyer agrees to bear all court costs and attorney fees for both parties. All legal proceedings shall take place in the breeder’s state and county.
